The Second issue of the peer-reviewed scientific and practical journal Financial Journal (ISSN 2075-1990) for 2026 has been published.

The issue includes the following sections: State Budget, Tax Policy and Budget Revenues, Financial Markets, Financial Literacy, and Participatory Budgeting.
