The preparation of materials for the first issue of the 2019 Financial Journal is being completed. The issue includes articles on financing the state assignment in the conditions of the electronic budget, on preparing conditions for conducting expenditure reviews, on state guarantees for managing investment project risks, on the growth of retail lending in Russian regions, on the attitude of Russian citizens to insurance services and other materials.
