The editorial board is completing the preparation of articles for the second issue of the Financial Journal (ISSN 2075-1990) of the current year - Volume 17, No. 2 2025. This is a thematic issue. It is dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the creation of the Center for Participatory Budgeting of the Financial Research Institute (Moscow, Russian Federation). Largely due to the scientific and methodological work carried out at the center, citizen participation in the budget process has become one of the principles of the budget system of the Russian Federation, and the concept of "participatory budgeting" has taken root in the economic and political agenda of the country. Today, participatory budgeting is one of the key technologies for involving citizens in state and municipal governance.
The first issue of the peer-reviewed scientific and practical publication Financial Journal (ISSN 2075-1990) for 2025 has been published. The sections of the issue: Stock Market, International Finance, Macroeconomic Modeling, Effectiveness of Government Subsidies, Loan Debts, Sustainable Finance.
The articles of the issue are openly available on the Financial Journal website and in the international database OAJI (Open Academic Journals Index). The articles of the journal are indexed in the international databases DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals) and RePEc (Research Papers in Economics).
The sixth issue of the 2024 peer-reviewed scientific and practical publication Financial Journal (ISSN 2075-1990) has been published. Sections of the issue: International Finance, Financial Stability of Enterprises, Stock Market, Insurance Market, Budget Revenue Administration, Climate Financing and Education Financing.
Articles of the issue are in the public domain on the website of the Financial Journal and in the international database OAJI (Open Academic Journals Index). Journal articles are indexed in the international databases RePEc (Research Papers in Economics) and DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals).
